Samantha Hernandez, LPCC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Growing up, I never had emotional support, much less therapy. As a first-generation college graduate and female business owner, I GET IT. I have had to juggle work, school, family, marriage, friends, pets, a home, depression, anxiety, health issues… and I know you could use the support because I sure did.
How I Can Help
Therapy is more than talking about your feelings or your problems.
We find SOLUTIONS.
Clients would describe me as gentle but direct. I am here to challenge you for the better.
Not only do I help with stress, burnout, low self-esteem, big emotions, anxiety, and depression - I focus on your OVERALL health. Mind + Body.
We will work towards better sleep, better eating habits/nutrition, and reconnect to your body.
More About Me
I live down south, on the edge of Anthony, NM and El Paso, TX, with my husband and two fur-babies. I have had my share of trauma, stress, and health issues. It took a lot of work to find some healing and I’m not done yet. On my off-time, I enjoy comedy shows, lowrider cruises, lakes, fishing, and sitting in the sun with my dogs.
